Return Policy

Our goal is your complete and total satisfaction with your purchase.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items:
You must notify us within 7 days of product receipt. We will exchange the product with another one right away at no cost to you. To process your exchange, you must contact us to receive a RA# and instructions on how and where to ship. Please contact us via e-mail at sales@paymastercheckwriters.com with an explanation of the problem, your order number and order date.

Returns for Non-Defective Items:
Items must be returned within 7 days of product receipt. We do not pay for return shipping costs. Item must be in the original box and in resalable condition. There is a 20% restocking/processing fee for items returned and of course, we cannot refund shipping charges. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@paymastercheckwriters.com and we will provide you with a RA# to process your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
